The speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory took part in the work of the College of the FSSP of Russia

In Krasnoyarsk, a plenary meeting of the College of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia was held. The speaker of the Legislative Assembly Alexei Dodatko took part in his work.

In his speech, the chairman of the regional parliament emphasized the importance of cooperation between the legislative and executive branch in ensuring the law and order and protecting the interests of citizens.

“I am absolutely sure that this site will become a place of serious, deep and fundamental conversation on topics that go far beyond the activities of the bailiff service. The key vectors of state policy are considered here – demography, protecting the interests of the family, patriotic education, youth policy, personnel security and improving the work of state authorities, ”said Alexei Dodatko.

He also noted the high level of organization of the work of the FSSP Office in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and thanked the team for his contribution to strengthening the rule of law in the region.

Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation Vadim Fedorov, General Director of the Judicial Department of the Russian Federation Vladislav Ivanov, Deputy Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District Fedor Dedus also made welcoming words to the board. The Governor handed letters of thanks for the conscientious performance of official duties.

During the meeting, the director of the FSSP of Russia Dmitry Aristov presented a report on the results of the service in the first half of 2025. The performance was 2.7 million enforcement proceedings. More than 12 billion rubles were recovered, which is 73.4 % more than in 2020. 984 million rubles were transferred to the consolidated budget, including 508 million rubles of the executive fee and 357.6 million rubles of taxes. Particular attention was paid to the protection of the rights of children: 1.475 billion rubles of alimony were recovered. To debtors, travel abroad is limited, property was seized 246.6 million rubles. 1002 criminal cases were instituted for malicious evasion of alimony. The personnel staff of the department amounted to 88.6 1%. To attract young specialists, an agreement was concluded with the Siberian Fire and Rescue Academy of the Ministry of Emergencies.

The speaker of the regional parliament Alexei Dodatko emphasized that the Legislative Assembly will continue to support the initiatives aimed at improving law enforcement practice and strengthening the rule of law.

“Today, the issue of organizing the activities of local governments in the context of the reorganization provided for by federal decisions is of particular relevance. We expect that the participation of representatives of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be a contribution to a more effective solution to both regional and all -Russian problems. In addition, this dialogue will help to orient the state authorities of the region, including the Legislative Assembly, on how decisions of the regional parliament can support and strengthen the work of the bailiffs, ”the speaker concluded.
