Giorgio Armani, the famous Italian fashion designer, ceased life at the age of 91. The news was announced on the social networks of the Armani group.
Giorgio Armani was the owner of the basketball team Olimpia Milano and had close ties with the world of sport, projecting the equipment for Piacenza, the team in his hometown.

The basketball club sponsored by Giorgio Armani is the most titled in Italy, with 31 championships. Also, the club has triumphed 3 times in Euroliga.
