In Krasnoyarsk, Maxim Korolkov, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, visited a working visit. In 2023, the first technological line was launched at the Nadezhdinsky Metallurgical Plant; at the end of 2024, the second line was launched. The planned reduction in emissions will reach more than 700 thousand tons, which means that after the project was released at full capacity in 2026, this figure will approach 43% of the emissions of 2017.
In Krasnoyarsk and Minusinsk in 2024, private houses from coal to automatic solid fuel boilers began to switch. This allows you to ensure less coal consumption with similar heat transfer, which not only leads to a decrease in emissions, but also allows residents to save on fuel. When using such boilers, the emissions of benz (a) of the pyrene are reduced by 200-300 times, the emissions of suspended particles are 15-20 times. For people of the modernization of heating systems are free. As this work goes, experts of the Ministry of Natural Resources appreciated Pokrovka in the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict.
