“This disregard of the role of magistracy affects not only the professional body, but also the confidence of the citizen in the rule of law. In such a climate, the formal participation in image exercises would be equivalent to the validation of these skids. ICCJ reaffirms that it is open to the institutional dialog The citizen to a credible and efficient justice ”, is mentioned in the response communicated to the Ministry of Justice.

And the president of the Superior Council of Magistracy, Elena Costache, said that she will not participate in the meeting on Thursday convened the lase of the Ministry of Justice. I took note of the position of the people, but I can say one thing: the invitation is sent from July, that is, before debuting this protest situation, so any image exercise is excluded. On the other hand, in my opinion, if together we find solutions for the judiciary, I have to make a goodness for the judiciary Citizens, ”said the Minister of Justice for Hotnews.

Radu Marinescu stressed that the dialogue with the heads of the eight legal institutions did not concern the issue of wages and service pensions.
