The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory talked with the participants of the Siberian Character
The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov met with the participants in the training program for managerial personnel “Siberian character”, the mentor of which he will be during their training. Alexey Strelnikov and Alexander Lyakhov today took part in the ceremony of laying flowers and wreaths at the Eternal Flame at the Victory Memorial.
Both men went into their zone as volunteers and more than once showed courage and heroism there. Now they plan to continue work. They successfully passed the qualifying stages of the regional personnel program “Siberian Character” and a few days later, along with other participants, they will begin training at the Presidential Academy at the course “State and Municipal Administration”.
Mikhail Kotyukov thanked them for their trust and expressed his readiness to plunge into a joint work.
“I propose to build it so that it corresponds to the current marginal agenda. I will be in touch 24/7, and as soon as you understand that you need to consult – we agree, meet, discuss. I am waiting for your ideas, I will not do anything instead of you, but together we will achieve much. You will have a lot of joint work with fellow students – we know that one in the field is not a warrior, you will learn teamwork. We will meet often, ”said Mikhail Kotyukov.
Alexei Strelnikov explained that at a meeting with a mentor they discussed the main areas of work.
“After completing my training, I would like to resolve issues in the field of improvement, ecology, landscaping. I focus precisely on what I see in my area, where I live, ”said the program participant.
Recall that the mentors of the participants of the Siberian Character program were the heads of government and federal structures in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the heads of departments, and the heads of the territory of the region. Their task is to promote the participants in the successful development of the educational program and support at the beginning of their professional activities.
The program participants will have to prepare qualification work based on the results of training. Alexey Strelnikov and Alexander Lyakhov plan to decide on the topic after the end of the first course module. Today, together with the mentor, they discussed plans for the school year.
“I myself initiated that my mentor was the governor during my studies. The meeting was held in a warm, favorable environment, and for me it is a very large level of trust. I expect that over the year I can improve my qualifications, get new knowledge, skills and skills in order to subsequently apply them in practice. At present, I am in the municipal service, but I would like to try myself at the regional level, ”said Alexander Lyakhov.
Recall that the qualifying stages of the “Siberian character” program successfully passed 60 veterans and 30 existing military personnel who will begin training after returning to the region.
