In Krasnoyarsk, a policeman is suspected of receiving a bribe from the owner of an erotic massage salon

In Krasnoyarsk, the court imposed on 2 months a 36-year-old employee of the police department No. 5, suspected of receiving a bribe for the protection of illegal business.

According to the prosecutor’s office, the day before, a criminal case was opened against him under the village “c” of part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation:

“It was previously established that in the period from August 2022 to April 2025, the senior operative officer received from the owner of the massage salon that provides an intimate service, a monetary reward of 400 thousand rubles for information about the planned raids of the internal affairs bodies and for inaction in relation to her business.”

It is noted that the guardian does not admit the guilt and denies the connection with the bribe taker. At the same time, the woman gave his revealing testimony, being in a pre -trial detention center in connection with the investigation against her criminal case on the organization of prostitution and involvement in it (part 3 of article 240 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, part 1 of the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

In court, at the election of a preventive measure for a police officer, the prosecutor insisted on imprisoning him because of the opportunity to influence witnesses and collect evidence, as well as hide from the investigation. As a result, the suspect was placed in jail – so far until November 1.
