In Divnogorsk, a 27-year-old man tried to hide the VAZ to leave for Abakan. The police said that the attempt was unsuccessful.
The owner of the car turned to law enforcement officers for help. He told the police that the unknown wanted to abduct his vases worth 60 thousand rubles. The attacker opened the door and decided to start a domestic car with the help of wires, but could not. Then he disappeared from the scene of the crime.
The police found and detained the hijacker. It turned out that a man never had a driver’s license.
“He decided to hide the car and get to Abakan. However, his technical knowledge to start the car with improvised means was not enough, and he was able to roll it away only a few meters, ”law enforcement officers said.
The law enforcement officers also found that the attacker was involved in the theft of a cell phone from his friend. The damage caused amounted to almost 7 thousand rubles. In relation to the man, they opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Hill” and part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code “Theft”.
Divnogorsky City Court sentenced a man a punishment in the form of 3 years in prison.
