Krasnoyarsk Territory ranks third in the Siberian Federal District in terms of salaries for teachers. The average offer for teachers in the region is 45.3 thousand rubles, HH.ru experts found out.

Above salaries only in the Novosibirsk region and the Altai Republic – 50 thousand rubles each. The lowest wage was recorded in the Omsk region (35 thousand) and Khakassia (36.5 thousand). At the same time, the total median salary for all professions in the Siberian Federal District is much higher – 70.1 thousand rubles.
The Krasnoyarsk Territory also became the second in demand for teachers in Siberia: from January to August 2025, 20 % of all vacancies for teachers in the district were discovered here. The competition is 6.4 resumes per place, which corresponds to the average indicator in the region.
Experts note that schools are faced with competition for teachers from online platforms and specialized training centers. About 40 % of teachers consider partial employment instead of a full rate.
