6 million rubles were collected from the Krasnoyarsk for illegal mining.
As the regional prosecutor’s office established, in 2025, a man without obtaining a license and changing the land category produced 10 thousand cubic meters of a sand and gravel mixture in the territory of the Peschanka field. Damage to the state was estimated at 6 million rubles.
The court granted the prosecutor’s claim for the recovery of this amount to the budget. Prior to the execution of the decision on four land plots of the defendant with a total area of 14 hectares, arrested.
In addition to a civil lawsuit, a man is brought to administrative responsibility for work without a license. A criminal case of the theft, which is now in the investigation stage, has been instituted against him.
