In Krasnoyarsk, a man was charged with a robbery of a young man, the regional investigative department of the IC of the Russian Federation said.
According to investigators, on August 28, the 46-year-old Krasnoyarsk followed a 13-year-old teenager to the house on Kolomenskaya Street and went after him in the porch. There, he put some object to the child’s body and began to threaten violence, demanding to give him a mobile phone.
“Frightened by his life, the boy fulfilled the claim of the accused. After that, the man disappeared from the scene with the stolen property. As a result of the investigative actions and operational-search measures, the personality of the defendant was identified, and he was detained, ”the investigators said.
The man was interrogated. At the request of the investigation, the court sent him into custody. Today he was charged under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (robbery committed with the threat of violence and an object used as a weapon).
In the criminal case, the necessary investigative actions are carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed.
