A number of passenger trains follow with delays and will arrive in Kyiv with a late at least two hours, the report said.
The following flights are delayed:
- No. 74 Przemysl – Kharkov;
- No. 24 Helm – Kyiv;
- No. 144 Rakhov – Sumy;
- No. 2 Ivano-Frankivsk-Kharkov;
- No. 21 Kharkov – Lviv;
- No. 106 Odessa – Kyiv.
