

“From June 1 to the morning of August 29, 2025, almost 62 thousand people were evacuated from the Donetsk region, of which more than 400 low -mobility, and about 5 thousand children. Almost 218 thousand people need to be evacuated, of which there are 1.5 thousand low -mobility and 16.5 thousand children,” Ryabikin said.
According to him, almost 7 thousand people were evacuated from the Dnipropetrovsk region, of which 402 are of small and 2450 children.
“Now another 16.5 thousand people need to be evacuated, including 319 little -mobility and 164 children,” the deputy minister added.
Ryabikin noted that the most people passed through the transit point in Pavlograd (more than 7.6 thousand people for August).
He said that low-mobility is accepted by institutional care establishments in Kyiv (almost 170 people), Rovnenskaya, Kirovograd regions, and places in the Ivano-Frankivsk region are additionally prepared.
Context
The aggressor country Russia unleashed a war against Ukraine in 2014, occupying the Crimea and parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. On February 24, 2022, Russia began a full -scale invasion of Ukraine from the northern, eastern and southern directions. In the Donetsk region, from the first days of a full -scale war, battles continue, the demarcation line takes place here.
