In Krasnoyarsk, a new residential microdistrict is being built in the area of the Kalinin and Totmin street. The construction was told in the Department of Urban Planning.

The development of an area of 18.4 hectares is engaged in JSC “CultBetstro” company. The company won the plot at the Dom.rf bidding, in order to appear on it the necessary infrastructure, the city hall signed a bilateral agreement with it as part of the implementation of an investment project for a CCT for a period of 10 years, until 2033.
Currently, three houses with underground parking and open two -level parking are being built on the spot.
In total, 15 residential buildings of variable number of storeys should appear on the site: from 6 to 18. And also – a training complex consisting of a school and kindergarten for 670 and 280 places, respectively; road; sports and cultural and leisure facilities; landscaped territory.
According to the developer, the construction of the central road of the microdistrict, which will become part of the Kalinin -Tentmin intersection, will begin in 2026.
