In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor's office will check the growth of housing rate tariffs. It began after the appeal of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly from the LDPR Alexei Boykov.
The party representative recalled that the maximum municipal payment growth index from July 1, 2025 was set at 15%. But in reality, the amounts in payments are much higher.
So, For heat and hot water in Krasnoyarsk, Divnogorsk, Lesosibirsk and Sosnovoborsk, people will have to pay 20.5% more, in Kansk, Nazarovo, Minusinsk and Sharypovo tariff for cold water grew by 19.4%, and for handling the MSD to the entire region will have to pay 18% more.
The increase turned out to be twice as high as inflation (9.4%) and 20% higher than the average for the country of accrual indexation. The quality of the provision of services at the same time raises many questions.
Alexey Boykov believes that the situation requires an objective assessment. He recalled that the other day, the Governor of the Omsk Region, following the results of the prosecutor’s inspection, signed a decree on the cancellation of the increase in heat prices.
