In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the arrangement of 62 pedestrian crossings near children's educational institutions on regional roads is completed, the Ministry of Transport said. The work takes place as part of the regional project “Road Safety” of the National Project “Infrastructure for Life”.
Minister of Transport Dmitry Zotin noted that the order of this was given by the governor of the region Mikhail Kotyukov. Transitions are made in accordance with the standards.
“This year, on the regional road network in the work there were 62 pedestrian crossings, at 56 objects the work was completed, another six at the final stage. By the beginning of the new school year, all pedestrian crossings will fully comply with modern requirements and standards, ”the minister explained.
Almost everywhere, I had to restore the figure traffic “Pedestrian crossing”, the missing pedestrian fence was installed at five facilities, the sidewalk was arranged at 32 crossings and a pedestrian fence was installed. At 15 objects, experts performed a full range of measures, including the installation of road and sign information, a device of artificial irregularities, traffic lights, sidewalks and pedestrian fences.
The measures were held in 23 municipal districts of the region-in Abansky (1), Balakhinsko-Novoselovsky (7), Birilyusky (1), Bogotolsky (2), Boguchansky (2), Bolshemurtin-Sukhobuzimsky (4), Yenisei (2), Yermakovsky (2), Idrin-Krasnoturansky (6), 6). Ilan-Nizhneringash (1), Irbeysko-Sayansky (5), Kazachinsko-Pirovsky (5), Kansky (1), Karatuz (4), Kuraginsky (4), Mans-Uyarsky (1), Minusinsky (5), North-Senisei (1), Uzhursky (4), Sharypovsky (1), Shushensky (1) districts, also in urban districts. G. Krasnoyarsk (1) and then the city of Zheleznogorsk (1).
