The Polish travel agency Rainbow Tours paid 8.1 million euros for the 70% of the shares of the Romanian Agency Parallel 45, a transaction announced for the first time by Profit.ro and completed recently.
The plans for next year include additional investments of almost 5 million euros in the company, the data analyzed by Profit.ro reveals.
The decision to invest in Romania was taken in the context of increasing the demand for tourist services, but also of the competition on the Polish market, says CEO Maciej Szczechura.
