Krasnoyarsk after 40 years received recalculation of an unfairly low pension

In Krasnoyarsk, the prosecutor's office helped the 70-year-old Krasnoyarsk receive a recalculation of pensions for 40 years.

A man who 10 years, from 1984 to 1994, worked at the Krasnoyarsk Forest Forest Plant, turned to the supervisory authority. Upon retirement, it turned out that he did not make an entry in the work book about this, there was no data on earnings. Therefore, the pension was considered at the minimum rate.

“The man independently found the necessary information on the forest board and turned to the Pension Fund. In 2022, the coefficients increased, but only for subsequent periods. Meanwhile, archival materials showed that a full work experience would allow the pensioner to receive more money since 2015, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to protect the interests of the pensioner. As a result, the extra -budgetary fund was obliged to revise the size of the pension, taking into account the most favorable periods of work and recalculate payments for 6 past years. The “underpayment” amounted to 500 thousand rubles.

The press service noted that during the 2023-2024 years, the Fund systematically made unreasonable decisions to refuse to appoint a pension. The total amount of payments guaranteed by the state who were not received by pensioners and other persons exceeded 1.8 million rubles.

In total, since the beginning of 2025, the prosecutor's office has helped restore the rights of 200 pensioners, disabled people and veterans, more than 170 illegal failures were suppressed to assign social support measures, 17 pensioners are assigned a pension, it was indexed, unaccounted periods were included in the experience, 130 persons are assigned the due measures of social support.
