The blogger talked with a lawyer in a pre -trial detention center. He said that he regrets what had happened, and apologized to all citizens of the Russian Federation and especially to the Caucasians. He said: perhaps the account was hacked, perhaps provoked on purpose.
There are no complaints about their location in the investigative insulator. In court, Shchepikhin was not allowed for a strange reason – the case card was not hung on the site.
