Mako’s Akul-Ludaedov was noticed in the Ussuri Gulf in the Primorsky Territory. They sailed there due to abnormal heat in the region.
Typically, Maco has been found in those parts since mid -August, but this year the water warmed up to 22 degrees ahead of time. Therefore, they sailed there and began to hunt. According to International Shark Attack File, from 2006 to 2024 dozens of attacks on tourists, scuba divers and fishermen were recorded. The last case of the attack was in December 2024 – then the predator bit a tourist from Italy in Egypt.
