Violent forest fire in Vâlcea. A person was injured / traffic is difficult on the Olt Valley

The road traffic takes place with difficulty, on Tuesday afternoon, on DN 7-Valea Oltului, in Vâlcea county, due to a forest fire that manifests itself with open flame and with important smoke release, reports news.ro. A person in the fire area has suffered burns, shows the first data.
The fire broke out at the forest fund of the locality of Goleşti in Vâlcea county, extending over two hectares.
“The fire is manifested with an open flame, and DN 7 is affected by the smoke generated by the fire. The police has restricted traffic in the area,” announces ISU Vâlcea.
According to the representatives of the institution, in the area, forces from the Râmnicu Vâlcea Fire Detachment, the Buneşti work point and the work point Ioneşti, with 4 special vehicles with water and foam were sent in the area. A SMURD ambulance also intervenes.
According to the quoted source, a man was found in the area who suffered slight burns in the arms.
“The person was removed from the danger area and was evaluated by the SMURD crew, later refusing to transport to the hospital. At this moment the fire is located,” says ISU Vâlcea.
At the time of transmission of this news, the intervention forces act to liquidate the fire.
