According to sources, American high -ranking officials from that day have repeatedly informed their European counterparts that Washington would be ready to provide “strategic support measures”. Among them, “intelligence activities, supervision and recognition (ISR), command and control as well as air defense resources were mentioned to enable the possible distribution of forces on land under the command of Europe.”

A coalition of people willing about the US offer
A group of over 30 countries called a coalition of volunteers, under the leadership of Great Britain and France, undertook to protect Ukraine from any future Russian aggression. As European officials pointed out in an interview with “FT”, a possible distribution of troops could only take place with the support of the USA.
