At the arrival of the crews, the girl did not show vital signs, and the doctor could only declare the death.
The call to 112 was made by the child's mother, who announced the police that he found his daughter hanged in their home, according to News.ro.
On the spot, medical crews and police officers were confirmed.
Currently, police have opened a criminal case for guilty murder and conduct investigations to establish all the circumstances in which this dramatic event occurred.
