“In the course of the procedure aimed at awarding this order, contrary to the provisions of the Regulations, the action of determining the estimated value of this order was not documented, the market of potential contractors was not discerned, or not documented by means of the application and protocol, how, and in the basis of what criteria was selected, the NIK, quoted by the” RZ “.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Administration Office explained that the purchase was specific, and before it “collected available information on functional properties and security and estimated the value of the contract based on the expert knowledge of the diplomatic security office and also using the experience of other contracting authorities, including the state protection services,” writes the newspaper.

He adds that the analysis provides information to identify the type of devices. “Equipment purchased by the Administration Office (…) prevents the use of a mobile phone to unauthorized sound and image, and at the same time allows you to identify an incoming conversation.
