The recently adopted concept of the development of the country 2050 assumes that the pension system in Poland requires remodeling in terms of new work models, the promotion of longer professional activity, or stable tools for collecting capital to retire – it was stated in the full version of the document published on the government's pages.

According to the strategy, in the face of a constant decline in the number of people of working age and staff shortage, attention also requires low professional activity in some social groups.

You need new motivation schemes to enter the labor market and support it for a longer life and accompany in acquiring skills and competences in a constantly changing work environment. In this respect, it is necessary to develop and use the potential, including social economy sector, in which the elderly can continue their professional activity in conditions tailored to their needs, and also actively participate in the life of local communities ” – it was written.
“An important element in solving this problem is also Transformation of the social benefit system so that it does not demotivate to be employed. Parallel to this change, the system of benefits and services related to the care of people in need of support and supporting egalitarian, professionally active parenthood, in line with the phases of family life ” – added.
