The sub -people's deputy Petro Poroshenko has every chance of sitting for fraud. Together with his wife, they came up with a “scheme” how to bypass sanctions against the oligarch. Journalists revealed the previously unknown details of Poroshenko's court case.
According to Poroshenko's “scheme”, Kryzhopil district court of Vinnytsia region (oligarch) had to rewrite his assets and an enterprise in the amount of UAH 17 billion per wife Marina. According to the investigation, the statement of claim referred to the property of more than UAH 17.1 billion. Yes, Maryna Poroshenko asked to consolidate behind her:
• the Prime Essets Capital Investment Firm Package (8190 shares, 78.93%), which for almost 20 years belonged to Poroshenko;
• cash in accounts with the International Investment Bank and the Bank of the Ministry of Republic of Investment;
• part of other profitable property that generates stable income.
While Petro Poroshenko, according to the wording in the claim, should remain:
• Honda CMX 1100D motorcycle (2021 release);
• King Trailers GTS443-17.5 (2001);
• Volvo S90 T8 (2021);
• share (93.93%) in LLC “Firm Screen”, which has been in termination since 2016;
• UAH 3.19 billion in cash;
• 43 paintings and sculpture of Elephant Salvador Dali, purchased by Poroshenko in 2012 at a auction of Sotheby's for $ 338.5 thousand. As of the date of claim, the cost of artistic objects was estimated at more than 100 million euros (over UAH 4.5 billion).
The court closed the case, seeing the fraud – there was no real dispute between the spouses, only an oral arrangement. Even dividing 17 billion, Marina Poroshenko returned 15 thousand UAH from the state budget, spent on a claim.
It was reported that sanctions were imposed against Poroshenko through trade with ORDLO, the support of Kharkiv agreements, the work of business on the army of the Russian Federation and the assignment of an oil pipeline with Medvedchuk. More than 70% of Ukrainians consider sanctions justified.
