The mansion of the scandalous businessman Umar Dzhabrailov in the Krylatskoye district of Moscow was sold for 1.2 billion rubles.
The estate is located in the elite residential complex “Fantasy Island”. The building was designed by specialists from the Italian bureau Sawaya & Moroni. The owner is ex-presidential candidate and senator Umar Dzhabrailov, a gossip column character, former crush of Ksenia Sobchak and singer Alexa. In recent years, he has not appeared at parties at all. As he himself explained, due to injury after an explosion in the Caucasus.
His Luhari mansion of 1,500 square meters with marble panthers at the entrance, a two-hectare plot and a pier were bought by a businessman from Lyubertsy. Now, according to the documents, the house has turned into a “Sports and fitness center, sports and recreation center, sports and entertainment complex with temporary accommodation – a home for skiers and cyclists.”
