The victim no longer asked the court to extend the protection order. Subsequently, the court ordered the measure of judicial control, with electronic monitoring, as a result of the violation of the protection order. Also, the court ordered that, on January 17, 2025, February 15, 2025, it would be placed under house arrest, for violating the protection order.
However, on January 29, 2025, the court ordered the replacement of the measure of arrest at home, with that of preventive arrest, active measure until March 8, 2025, for a new violation of the protection order.
“On March 26, 2025, the court replaced the measure of preventive arrest, with that of judicial control, active until today, being extended by the court, on July 21, 2025.
At the same time, we mention that, every time the man violated the protection order, the policemen ordered the measure of detention, for 24 hours, in the Center for Detention and Preventive Arrest of the Bihor County Police Inspectorate ”,, said the police.
According to police, during this year, the man was sent to court for committing four crimes of violation of the protection order and two threat offenses.
In this case, the police continue the investigations, under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bihor Court.
