Stas Namin tried to ban online stores to trade in Gorky Park vinyl albums. But he lost the case in court.
He saw a site with disks in May. And then he decided that his rights were violated (he owns the rights to the logo with a sickle and a hammer). He wrote a statement and filed it to court – in it I asked him to help him make the goods be removed from the sale.
The ministers of Themis refused him. They explained: only the name is written on the disk, but there is no logo, therefore – alas and ah. Then Namin filed several appeals, but everyone was also wrapped.
