The head of the Estonian government Kristen Michal emphasized that the only way to stop Russia is the joint action of European and world countries. In his opinion, safety guarantees for Ukraine should include military presence and exercises on its territory. Estonia declares their readiness to send its soldiers as part of an international coalition, but sets conditions.
