- Expressing consent to launch co -financing by PFN “Portal Polska” and failure to comply with supervision over the spending of PFN financial resources and transferring to the operator of the project of the Education Foundation without the limits of funds without proper economic justification
- conclusion of employment contracts and prohibition contracts under conditions unfavorable for the Polish National Foundation
