- Concluding as part of the “Reputation” project of funding – donations unfavorable for PFN (in the scope of this thread, contracts concluded with the Patria Nostra Association with headquarters in Olsztyn, the Film Foundation of the Saint Maksymilian Kolbe, based in Warsaw and the Association of Historical Reconstruction of the Polish Armed Forces in the West)
- Conclusion of a funding (donation) agreement with the Foundation of the Alliance with Grom to organize a pyrotechnic show on the 101st Anniversary of Regaining Independence and not providing the return

- Concluding as part of the “Decalogue II” project of the co -financing (donation) agreement with the Decalogue Foundation with headquarters in Wrocław for co -financing costs prepared for films for films without verifying the legitimacy of the amount of the requested donation and without ensuring effective supervision over the implementation of the project
- Expressing consent to launch co -financing by PFN “Portal Polska” and failure to comply with supervision over the spending of PFN financial resources and transferring to the operator of the project of the Education Foundation without the limits of funds without proper economic justification
- conclusion of employment contracts and prohibition contracts under conditions unfavorable for the Polish National Foundation
