According to the investigative platform “tochnyi.info” while the world focuses on peace conversations, The Russians are building a large eavesdropping station on the NATO border. Not far from the new installation is the base of the Russian Navy. Further satellite photos show the scales of the facility.
After completing the construction, the installation will allow Russia to monitor electronic communication, primarily in sensitive areas of Eastern Europe – among others in Poland and the Baltic countries.
The facility will most likely facilitate communication with Russian submarines operating in the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. A mysterious installation raises a number of questions.
At a time when there are recent meetings in Alaska and Washington, and numerous experts bind hope with ongoing peace conversations, new satellite photos once again confirm that Vladimir Putin plays a long game with the West.

Work on the facility began in March 2023. Since then, the Russians carried out a number of works: they dug the land, cut out the forest and built fences. Last year they built roads leading to the installation. The pictures also show areas most likely prepared for the construction of buildings.

According to the “Tochnyi.info” investigation platform, the area is currently surrounded by a wall and access to it is secured. Outside they are visible excavations for antenna masts. You can also see at least six rings encircling the installation.
According to the “Tochnyi” website, the symmetry of the circle, created around the Safety Zone and a special surface designated in the middle indicate that in the Kaliningrad region, an object known as the Circularly Disposed Army (CDAA) is created.
I am talking about a round antenna – a military system of military radio recognition and communications. The frequency range of such installation is from several MHz to 28 MHz.

After completing the construction, the facility in the Królewiec region, with a diameter of several hundred meters to 1 km 600 meters, would be much larger than other facilities of this type, whose diameter is about 400 meters.
The arrangement of this type – also known under the pseudonym from the Cold War as “Wullenwever” – is a system of antennas arranged in the shape of a circle. They are used to determine the direction of high -frequency signals.

These systems were often used during the Cold War to track the signals, electronic surveillance and communication of submarines. The installation detection range is up to 7,000. 400 km.
Most of the “Wullenweber” installations were dismantled after the Cold War was completed. However, in recent years, some countries, for example Kuba, have started building new facilities again. There are currently four “Wullenweber” installations in Germany. Two of them provide test and measuring services for the German Federal Network Agency.
Polish scientistsThey discovered from the Maritime University of Gdyniathat Russia on a massive scale disrupts the GPS signal in the Baltic Sea area, and the source of the anomalies are installations located in the Królewiec region. New facilities built there are probably related to activities in Russia in the field of radio -electronic intelligence, and specifically to collect information about allies.
