Deputy Prime Minister, head of the Ministry of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized on Wednesday that the year 2026 would be a breakthrough to enter the duty of FA-50 aircraft. He noted that he would contribute to this, among others New simulators that will allow pilots training in the country, not in South Korea.

The Minister of Defense in the 23rd Tactical Air Base in Minsk Mazowiecki took part in the presentation of two FA-50 simulators. Kosiniak-Kamysz noted that the next two simulators will be installed soon.
The head of the Ministry of National Defense said that currently preparation for FA-50 aircraft is underway, pilot training is being conducted. He added that this is a months of several months, but – he noted – “Next year will be a breakthrough year to enter the FA -50 on duty.”
Kosiniak-Kamysz said that they are machines highly rated by pilots and ground staff. He added that the FA-50 aircraft are very similar to operating to the F-16, which makes instructors and pilots easily move from one machines to another. “It's a coherent, compatible system,” he said.
The head of the Ministry of National Defense emphasized that the simulators allow complete independence from sending Polish pilots for South Korea training. The FA-50 is a light combat aircraft produced by the South Korea Aerospace Industries. (PAP)
