“The so -called letter to the managers of Cyfrowy Polsat signed by Mr. Zygmunt Solorz does not change anything in the current legal situation and has no significance for facts” – wrote Kaczorowski in the commentary.

In addition, he pointed out that he prefers to rely on facts, adding that on Monday Cyfrowy Polsat informed about a letter from the TIVI Foundation, in which it is clearly confirmed that the TIVI Foundation does not have a dominant entity, and the dominant entity for Cyfrowy Polsat is the TIVI Foundation.

“In addition, the information I have shows that none of the companies of the Polsat Plus Group received security from the court in Cyprus,” wrote the chairman of the supervisory board.

“We continue our work, assuming as a basic task to protect the group's assets. This is a common goal – people managing and supervising the group's assets. This is a key task and goal for us, especially in the context of information about 11 new companies of Zygmunt Solorz, in which Mr. Radosław Kwaśnicki is the president,” he added.

In addition, he announced that Cyfrowy Polsat had not received any security from the court in Cyprus and that he was not and was not a party or participant in such proceedings. (PAP Biznes)
