A document of eight pages contained accurate places and the time of the summit, as well as the phone numbers of US government officers. It was found on the morning of August 15, three guests of the four-star Captain Cook hotel, located 20 minutes from the Elmandorf-Richardson military base, where the meeting of Trump and Putin was held. Probably, the employees of the Trump administration accidentally forgot him there. One of the guests provided a NPR photo of the document on anonymity, as he was afraid of the consequences.

On the first page of the printed package of documents, the meeting sequence was revealed on August 15, including specific names of premises on the basis in Anchoridge, where they were supposed to take place. It was also reported that Trump intended to give Putin a ceremonial gift.

The following pages indicated the names and numbers of the phone numbers of three American employees, as well as names of 13 heads of the United States and the Russian Federation. The list indicated phonetic options for the names of all expected at the summit.

Further, it was described how and for whom lunch at the summit will be set. According to the seedling scheme, Putin and Trump had to sit opposite each other during lunch. Six officials were sitting on the sides of Trump: to the right of him – Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Minister of Defense Pit Hegset and the head of the White House apparatus Susie Wiles, and on the left – the Minister of Finance Scott Immotrot, Minister of Trade of Trade, Howard Lutnik and Special Representative of Peacemims, Steve Vitcoff. Putin was supposed to sit with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov and the presidential assistant in foreign policy Yuri Ushakov.

As follows from the documents, this should have been a simple dinner of three dishes: a green salad, a fillet-minion and a plague “Olympia”. For dessert it was supposed to serve a cream-brown.

Anna Kelly, deputy spokesman for the White House, called the document “multi-page lunch menu” and stated that the placement of information on a public printer is not a violation of security. The US State Department did not respond to comments.

John Michaels, professor of the law of the University of California in Los Angeles, giving lectures on national security, said that this indicates the “negligence and incompetence” of the Trump administration.
