Ingredients:
- 1 kg drain;
- 500 g of sugar;
- Two to three cinnamon sticks.
Cooking
- Cut each plum in half and take out the bone. Transfer them to a large pot with a thick bottom so that the jam does not run away and does not suck in the preparation process.
- Pour the plums with sugar and leave for 20 minutes so that they let the juice.
- Put the container on medium heat, bring to a boil, add cinnamon, reduce from heat and cook for 15 minutes. Mix periodically so that the jam does not burn. The foam should be removed with a spoon.
- Sustain banks and lids.
- Remove at will from the finished plum jam of the cinnamon stick, put it in sterile jars and roll it with lids.
- Leave to cool at room temperature, then rearrange in a cool place. Save up to one year.
