

“In Kharkov, during the implementation of joint warning measures, a civilian committed an armed attack on the warning group. […] The police representative introduced himself to the man and invited him to provide military accounting documents, but this person suddenly caused bodily injuries with cruelty to officials. The striker caused stab wounds to three TCC military personnel and a policeman, ”the report said.
In TCC, they said that two military were hospitalized, for the life of one of them the doctors fought all night.
“Instead of gratitude – a knife in the neck. […] All injured military personnel were directly involved in the reflection of Russian aggression. Once again, we remind the personnel of the TCC is equipped mainly by military personnel who were injured, protecting their homeland at the front, lost their health and are recognized as unsuitable for the service in combat units, some military personnel have disability, but continue to serve, ”the post said.
Subsequently, the Kharkov regional TCC specified that the incident occurred at the trolleybus stop on August 14 at about 22.30, and the police detained the man who attacked.
It turned out to be a 36-year-old resident of the village of Solonitsevka, Kharkov district.
The office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine was informed that the detainee was reported to suspicious of an encroachment on the life of an employee of a law enforcement authority (Article 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and a complete attempt on the intentional murder of two or more persons in connection with the performance of their official duties (part 2 of article 1 of article 115 of UKU).
“The policeman went to the man to verify the documents. He did not even have time to say anything. At that moment, the man took out the knife and struck the law enforcement officer into the temporal section. Next, the striker alternately struck three TCC employees: one with a knife and hand, the other – in the head and subclavian site, another to the body,” the events in the prosecutor’s office described.
According to them, the suspect was chosen a measure of restraint in the form of detention without the right to make a pledge.
Context
In April 2024, Ukraine adopted an updated mobilization law, which entered into force on May 18. According to one of its norms, all liable for two months should have updated their personal data for territorial setting centers through centers for the provision of admin services, an electronic cabinet or when they arrived in TCC.
On May 17, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on a multiple increase in fines for military offenses, including for evasion of mobilization. Subsequently, reports of massive inspections by employees of the Central Council of TC of military-accounting documents in men in public places of different cities of Ukraine.
On March 26, 2025, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Human Rights, Dmitry Lubinets, said that cases of violence and abuse of power by the employees of the TCC acquired a massive nature.
Recently, Ukraine has become more frequent in Ukraine with the use of force towards employees of the TCC, in particular, such cases were recorded in the Nikolaev and Rivne regions.
