The conditions of the Clean Air program do not allow the installation of boilers equipped with an emergency grate or prepayment. The boilers with the possibility of their assembly are also not allowed – the ministry emphasized. In the event of the assembly of the grate beneficiary in a co -financed boiler, he is threatened with the risk of reimbursement of the subsidy with interest, “the resort warned.
As the ministry reminded, from April 2024, only biomass boilers inscribed on the list of green devices and materials (ZUM) are allowed for funding under the program. Pursuant to the regulations, the zum list, boilers must meet the conditions of the Clean Air program, which means the inability to install the emergency grate. In addition, the change in the Regulations of the ZUM list has been introduced from April 29, 2025 by the manufacturer's requirement that the boiler structure does not allow the assembly of the emergency grate or the pre -span.
