Andrei Nicolescu, Dinamo's president, spoke about the “dogs” transfer strategy and explained what difficulties are in negotiations.

“We are in search. We want a central defender, a left defender and maybe an striker. Selmani's lack is felt because Perica still doesn't play. But we are in search. We have our tactic. We are trying to find teams that come out of European cups now and see what we can take. ”
