Higher wages, full -time employment instead of junk contracts, improvement of work courts and introduction of internships – these are just some of the postulates of the National Trade Union Agreement, which on September 27 this year. He announced a nationwide march of dissatisfaction. This is to be a protest against the authorities ignoring the needs of employees.
National March of Dissaturn Organized by OPZZ, it aims to publicize key demands on the labor market, social security system, education and energy transformation. Its organizers announce a clear opposition to the authorities' policy, which – in their opinion – has been marginalizing the needs of employees for years.
Employees are tired of skipping
Participants of the march want to pay attention to the growing social frustration. In their opinion Employees' affairs are not taken into account when making economic and social decisionstherefore the conditions of their work and life are not realized.

What do participants of the march demand?
Among the most important postulates of trade unionists were:
- higher wages and stability of employment,
- improving the quality of public services,
- just green order,
- sustainable transport,
- efficient work courts,
- apartments for employees, not for speculators,
- shorter working time,
- internship pensions,
- safe working conditions,
- full -time jobs instead of junk contracts,
- development of social dialogue.
The National March of Disassemblance will start on September 27, 2025 at 12:00. Participants will meet under the OPZZ building at ul. Copernicus 36/40 in Warsaw.
