The police said that last weekend the 78-year-old pensioner turned to the Achinsk police. She said that she lives in Kansk and arrived in Achinsk in a sanatorium. Together with her friends, she went shopping in the city and lost her bag. There were all her savings in it, which she drunk in many years – 300 thousand rubles.
“The police from the words of the pensioner recreated the route of her movement and began to go around all the trading facilities along the route. At that time, the seller of one of the stores initiatively turned to the police, saying that she had found a women's bag with a large amount of money,” the press service said.
The deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Achinsky” Sergey Terekhov, together with the investigator Anastasia Shirokova, returned the lost money to the pensioner, called to be more attentive and refrain from walking with all savings. The police talked with the pensioner about the main schemes of deception, reminding of vigilance.
Also, the acting head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Achinsky”, Ravil Matygulin, in a festive atmosphere, thanked the store seller Larisa Kiforuk, who showed an active civil position and reported a monetary find in the internal affairs bodies.
