In Krasnoyarsk, the court sentenced the court. A young man who deceived his Internet to be money for money. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
In November 2024, a 21-year-old resident of the Right Bank met on the Internet with a 22-year-old nurse. For several days, young people corresponded in Telegram, after which the guy informed the Internet. The terrible news: he needs an expensive operation, and there is not enough money for it. The girl believed the Krasnoyarsk and lent her new acquaintance 30 thousand rubles. She later transferred another 10 thousand to the guy, they were intended to buy drugs.
However, when it was time to repay debts, the nurse did not see her money. The correspondence friend told the girl that he was delayed the salary, so he would give 40 thousand a little later than planned. At first, Krasnoyarka reacted to the situation with understanding, but a few days later I realized that she was dealing with a fraudster and contacted the police.
“I told her that I need this money in order to clean the plate that I have installed instead of the zygomatic bone on the right. However, in fact, I was not going to do this, I wanted to spend everything on my own needs. It was also not included in my plans to return the debt to my plans, and I couldn’t do it then, because I didn’t work anywhere, ”the guy explained and gave 20 thousand rubles to a friend.
A case of fraud was brought to a young man (part 2 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The law enforcement officers found out that Krasnoyar was already on a trial for a similar crime. In June 2024, he received 5 thousand rubles from another online girlfriend. The girl transferred the money to a taxi so that the guy could come to meet her. However, she never waited for a date or money.
The court found the young man guilty and canceled conditional condemnation. The guy was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months of a colony-settlement.
