“Taxpayers would be excluded from the solution, who in a given tax year are obliged to pay the solidarity tribute, and thus achieve income above PLN 1 million. Also entrepreneurs settling according to the 19 % linear rate are not covered by this proposal” – they continue.
“The calculations show that it was people with above average income that would be the greatest beneficiaries of this solution. Such an effect would be a consent with the slogan proclaimed by the president to “give space to the development of the middle class” ” – we read further.
Experts note that at the same time the disproportions in the benefits of this solution are the subject of the greatest criticism of this project on the part of the Minister of Finance and Economy, and People who earn the least, reaching income below the free amount would not benefit.

The bill named by the president's surroundings: “Pit zero. Family Plus” will now go to the Sejm. It is doubtful, however, that he obtains the majority of support.
The cost of the program according to the Ministry of Finance reaches up to PLN 30 billion a year. The Chancellery of the President indicates PLN 14 billion, which is – according to financial experts – an amount impossible to achieve only from the sealing of the tax system.
