In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, young athletes received insignia of the TRP

In the Motyginsky municipal district, young basketball players received the Golden Differences of the TRP “TRP” 4-5 steps per day of a physical culture.

GTO signs in the 5th stage are awarded:

Signs of the TRP in 4 steps are awarded:

• Evelina Ageeva;
• Polina Markitanova;
• Margarita Okulova.

All 5 TRPs of the TRP are the pupils of the Motyginsky children and youth sports school and train under the leadership of Oksana Denisova. Girls lead an active lifestyle. For many of them, sport is a generational story.

“Family traditions – each they have their own. My family with all hands and legs for sports. Be it – basketball, volleyball, running or skis. In our family, the Mom, the brother, and my grandmother and my sister Jeanne are involved in the VFSK “TRP”. Now there are already 6 insignia in a family piggy bank, ”said the athlete Evelina Ageeva.

Recall, the TRP is a set of exercises to fulfill the standards. The full name of the program is “ready for work and defense”. People of all ages can try themselves in it. You can fulfill the standards from the age of 6.

The program provides for 18 steps, that is, age groups. For each of them there is a list of exercises and the necessary results. Female and male testing options also differ. For the successful fulfillment of the standards of the TRP, participants are issued a sign of distinction. It can be gold, silver or bronze depending on the result.
