In Krasnoyarsk, Kraski continues to eliminate an abnormal situation at the sewage and pumping station (KNS) in white dew. The company explained that the city water disposal system there took the blow of the elements, led by itself the “storm”.

Typically, 310 thousand cubic meters of household wastewater are applied to cleaning. In total, according to weather forecasters, on August 10, 64.7 mm of precipitation fell in Krasnoyarsk at a monthly rate of 60 mm. This is approximately 60 liters of water per 1 m2 of territory.

“In such an extreme mode, treatment facilities worked for the first time in 20 years. Most of all, from a prolonged rain, went to the left -bank treatment facilities. This received 190 thousand m3 of rain water in excess of the traditional volume of sewage – 170 thousand m3. In the total amount, this is the design capacity for which these structures are designed, ”the company explained.
