In the Railway District, new public spaces began to improve

In the Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk, work began on the improvement of two new public spaces as part of initiative projects of citizens.

The city hall said that at the intersection of houses on the street. Robespierre, 34 and st. Ady Lebedeva, 149 will appear a small park. Now there is a wasteland at this place. Also, the sidewalk between the houses needs repairs. In addition, workers plan to remove the slope.

“Through this site, the shortest way goes to the bus stop. Residents, despite the risk, use the path. It is especially dangerous in winter when it is covered with ice. If they make a park and normal paths here, it will solve the problem, ”says Natalya Shililskaya, a resident of the Zheleznodorozhny district.

The workers had already bombarded the old well and cut the trees. Soon they will begin to send the slope and the organization of the drain. The retaining wall located nearby is closed with wooden plastic flooring. This material serves up to 25 years, it is resistant to moisture and temperature changes. The design can be used as shops. Pergers with pendant swings and a bench made of semicircular sections will be installed in the park.

“Nearby are a children's library and our volunteer center. There are always many children and youth. Therefore, the mini-park will be in demand. And we, in turn, will fill this space with interesting events, ”adds Natalya Khromy, director of the Krasnoyarsk Volunteer Center“ Good Deed ”.

The second public space will appear between the houses on Krasnomoskovskaya, 1A and 1b. An integrated sports ground with simulators, as well as a children's gaming complex with a soft rubberized coating, will be located on an area of 1100 m². The workers will make street lighting, the last step will break the lawn with a hedge.

“The decision on the construction of the Research Institute was made by residents, and we supported them. The territory allows you to place everything planned. There are several skyscrapers, so the site will be in demand in both children and adults, ”said Yevgeny Semkin, head of the administration of the Zheleznodorozhny district.

Morning charges, training and master classes will be held at the sports ground. For example, the federation of the struggle on the belts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory has already expressed a desire to advise citizens on safety and the methodology of performing sports exercises.

The cost of work at both facilities along with the installation of equipment will be almost 5.6 million rubles. The improvement will end this fall.
