The cost of apartments in Krasnoyarsk, both in new buildings and in the secondary market, has increased more than half over the past five years. Such conclusions came the publication sibnovosti.ru based on the data of the Federal State Statistics Service and the federal real estate portals.

So, at the end of 2020, a square meter in the primary market cost about 66 thousand rubles, and on the second – 55.5 thousand. Now, according to the Portal of the Mir of Apartments, the average price of the “square” in a new building reaches 142 thousand rubles, and in the secondary market – 129 thousand.
Thus, over five years, real estate prices in the city showed more than one hundred percent growth. At the same time, according to Rosreestr, in the first half of 2025, almost 94% of all housing transactions in Krasnoyarsk had to be in the secondary market.
