Alex Florin Macarencu, the player of AS Unirea Topraisar, from the 5th League, caused a fatal accident. It would have been under the influence of alcoholic beverages, but also drugs.
Alex Florin Macarencu, a 28 -year -old man was detained by police for 24 hours, after producing a portal accident on Mangalia Road.

According to focuspress.ro, laboratory analyzes would have resulted positive for the presence of several psychoactive substances in the blood, but also an alcoholic impetus of 3.82 mg/l pure alcohol in the blood.
On Tuesday, August 12, Alex Florin Macarencu will be presented at the Prosecutor's Office near the Constanta Court, in order to notify the court, with a proposal for a preventive arrest.

Police officers from the Road Safety Service were notified by the incident on Sunday night at 2:10. The law enforcement officers went to the scene and observed the death of a 57-year-old man from Constanța minicipus, according to the quoted source.

Macarencu would have left the scene, immediately after the fatal accident. The perpetrator came out of the hearings with joke on his head, handcuffed, and did not want to give statements.
Today, August 11, around 2.10, police officers from the Road Safety Service were notified, by call 112, regarding the production of a road accident, on the Mangalia road in Constanța.
Moves on the spot, the police found that the ones notified are confirmed, being identified a 57 -year -old victim from Constanța – who was declared deceased.
From the first researches it turned out that the man was hit by a car, whose driver left the accident site without the approval of the police.
Following the investigations carried out by the police, the driver was identified, being a 28 -year -old man from Topraisar.
He was transported to the hospital for the harvesting of biological samples in order to establish alcohol and blood substances.
Currently, the research is continued to establish the factual situation and to take the legal measures that are required.
