Chinese companies mediate in deliveries to Russia. Sanctions do not work

Siemens ensures that he warns international sanctions and requires this from its clients, but the Reuters agency has not found any evidence that Siemens knew that his equipment was sold to the Russian manufacturer of explosives.
A spokesman for the German international engineering corporation said that her company strictly observes international sanctions and requires the same from its clients. He added, however, that some goods can reach Russia without her knowledge.

Russia increases arms production despite restrictions
