Law enforcement officers promptly identified the person who did it. “The suspect explained that when buying a car, he found a photocopy of the passport of the previous owner in the cabin, went to the website of one of the organizations that issue microloans, introduced other people's personal data and issued a consumer loan for 12 thousand rubles,” the State Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
