In Krasnoyarsk, a criminal case has been instituted on the fact of attempted murder of a young child. This was reported in the investigation.
Everything happened on August 8 in a hostel along Demyan Poor Street. In the evening, a 37-year-old woman being alone with her 3-year-old son, hit the boy with a knife in the back. After that, she caused damage to herself with the same knife. During the preventive bypass, they were found by the district police officer, the mother and the child were hospitalized. Now they are in intensive care.
The woman was brought to the woman under Part 3 of Art. 30, p. “B” of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of a young one). Currently, investigators and criminalists of the UK in the investigative-operational group are collecting and fixing evidence. Emergency investigative actions are carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and the motive of the crime.
In the near future, the issue of the election of a suspected preventive measure in the form of detention will be resolved. It is known that a woman is registered with a psychiatrist, the family is not on preventive accounting.
Within the framework of the investigation, a legal assessment will be given the conditions for living and raising a minor.
